DIAMOND COVE SCUBA LLC
Privacy Policy
Updated October 23, 2026
This policy applies to Diamond Cove Scuba LLC, operating as Diamond Cove Scuba, and our website, customer forms, lessons, training, charters, and text-message program.
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide to us, including your name, phone number, email address, booking and inquiry details, and scuba certification information. Forms may also request optional emergency-contact information: the contact’s name and phone number. Emergency-contact information is not required.
For text-message subscriptions, we record your mobile number, the message categories you select, the date and time of signup, and the consent wording and policy links presented when you sign up. For text-only enrollment, we also retain the signup exchange, including your category choice and YES confirmation. A phone number entered on a form does not by itself constitute consent to promotional texts.
How we use information
We use customer information to respond to inquiries, arrange and provide lessons, training, and dive charters, and support customers. We use certification information to arrange appropriate training and diving activities. Optional emergency-contact information is used only to contact that person if an emergency occurs.
We use text-message preferences and consent records to document your choices and send only the types of messages you agree to receive. Registration updates and promotional offers have separate, optional consent choices.
Who receives information
We share only the customer details needed to provide services with certification agencies, captains, and instructors. We do not share SMS subscription choices or consent records with those parties.
Our website hosting provider and Twilio process customer phone numbers, message content, and consent records only as needed to store information and deliver our texts.
We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data, SMS consent records, or customer form entries with third parties for their marketing purposes. Optional advertising measurement of website visits is described below.
Optional advertising measurement
With your acceptance, we use the Paramount Ads Manager pixel on selected public informational pages to measure website visits and improve advertising, including attribution and audience targeting. Paramount and its advertising partners Quorum and, when enabled by the provider, Taboola receive visit information and ordinary browser or network information, such as your IP address and device/browser details. Their tools may use cookies or similar identifiers.
Our site-visit event includes the public page address without query parameters or fragments, the referring website’s origin, a timestamp, and our advertising account identifiers. We do not load this pixel on contact or inquiry forms, SMS signup, community-report submission, calculators, owner review, authentication, or other private routes. We also skip pages with query parameters or fragments and visits whose referring address includes them. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, form entries, photos, or SMS consent records to this pixel.
Advertising tracking is optional and does not affect access to the website or our services. Choose Accept or Decline when prompted. We store your choice in this browser’s local storage until you change it or clear your browser data. We do not load the advertising library before acceptance, after a declined choice, or when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Your choice applies to this browser; set it separately on other browsers or devices.
You can change your choice below. Declining stops this website from loading the pixel on future page visits, but does not undo information already sent or delete identifiers previously stored by advertising partners. Clearing browser data can remove locally stored identifiers. See Paramount’s privacy information, Taboola’s privacy information, and Quorum’s privacy information for their information and choices.
Retention and deletion
Our retention policy is to keep customer information and SMS consent records for three years after a text subscriber unsubscribes. For customers who do not subscribe to texts, the three-year period begins when they submit their form. You may request deletion before that period ends, and we will delete the requested records.
Your choices
You can request corrections or deletion by calling 501-647-2867 or emailing mike@diamondcovescuba.com. You may book lessons or charters without subscribing to registration texts or promotional texts.
When the text-message program is active, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Conditions for program details.

Community dive reports
When you submit a dive report, we store the dive date and time, lake and site, chosen display name, observations, notes, and any photo. Reports and photos remain private until reviewed. Approved reports and photos are published for visitors to read. Use a nickname if you prefer and do not include private contact details. The submission form resizes uploaded photos and removes embedded location metadata before upload. We use submission identifiers to prevent duplicates and keep review records to manage publication. New submissions can trigger a text alert to the shop owner. To request a correction or removal, contact mike@diamondcovescuba.com.
